Blue Frog’s Raspberry Granola isn’t just for your bowl – try it in this yummy smoothie parfait!
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 fresh green kiwi fruit
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup plant-based milk
The Raspberry Chia Jam:
- ⅓ cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
In a blender, blend all the ingredients for the smoothie until smooth and creamy.
Warm up raspberries in the microwave for 1 minute (or gently heat on the stove), then stir in chia seeds. Set aside to cool.
In two glasses/jars, pour half of the smoothie in, then add a few teaspoons of raspberry chia jam.
Layer with some Raspberry Granola and then pour the rest of the smoothie on top.
Finish with more Raspberry Granola on top – as much as you like (we say lots!).
