Blue Frog pear and berry crumble

Blue Frog’s Manuka Honey, Almond and Coconut Granola makes the most delicious (and easiest) crumble topping ever. Serve with maple sweetened mascarpone or coconut yoghurt.



  • 4-5 medium pears
  • 1 ½ tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 2 cups berries (Any kind. Fresh or frozen will both work)
  • 1 – 1 ½ cups Blue Frog Manuka Honey, Almond, and Coconut Granola


Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Peel, halve, and remove the core from each pear. Lay
them snugly in an ovenproof dish. Pour ½ cup of
water into the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with sugar
and cover tightly with a lid or tinfoil. Bake for 30-40
minutes until the pears are tender.

Add the berries, pouring into the gaps to fill the base
as well as topping the pears.

Sprinkle with Blue Frog Manuka Honey, Almond and
Coconut Granola and bake uncovered for 5-10
minutes until lightly browned.

Serves 4.
