Blue Frog porridge isn’t just for the cold winter – try these overnight oats for a super simple and yummy breakfast to wake up to.
- ½ cup Blue Frog Vanilla Bean and Chia Seed Porridge
- ½ cup plant-based milk
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- ¼ cup coconut yoghurt
- A handful of fresh blueberries
Prepare oats the night before by combining porridge, milk and cinnamon well and pop in the fridge overnight.
The next morning: warm frozen blueberries in the microwave for 30 seconds or on the stove for a couple of minutes.
Layer in a jar or bowl your overnight oats, defrosted blueberries, coconut yogurt and fresh blueberries. Sit (outside in the sun preferably) and savour.
