Orders

What do I do if I receive a wrong product?
Email us at hello@bluefrogbreakfast.co.nz so we can get the right product winging its way to you.


Can I cancel my order?
Sad face – but yes, please get in touch with us straight away. If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do this from your account page.


Can I change my address once I’ve placed an order?

Email us (hello@bluefrogbreakfast) ASAP so we can try to adjust this before it gets despatched by our speedy granola delivery whizzes.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped to you directly from us in Auckland. We try to send out your order within 24 hours of it being placed during our business hours Monday to Friday.

If it gets SUPER busy (like around the Black Friday or Christmas periods), there is the possibility your order may take an extra day to be processed.

In general, delivery via Post Haste takes 2-3 Business days. You can check current delivery estimates here.

If you’re trying to chase down an order that hasn’t arrived, please send us an email at hello@bluefrogbreakfast.co.nz so we can hunt it down.


How much is shipping/delivery?
FREE if you spend over $50.

For North Island Deliveries: $6
For South Island & Rural Deliveries: $10


What’s your returns policy?
Unfortunately, being a food product, we cannot accept returns for any change of minds. If there is an issue with your order, we’ll replace it for free.


What payment methods can I use?
Credit card & PayPal, Afterpay are available at check out.

Subscriptions

What are shipping costs and delivery times?
All of our subscription orders are sent via Post Haste. We offer free shipping on all subscriptions over $50. Your subscription will arrive within 2-3 business days, depending on where you are in New Zealand.


Can I change things like my delivery address and the types of granola I’m receiving?

Absolutely – just log in to your account and update your address under “my details”.

In terms of changing the order, you can also update the granolas you’re getting in the manage subscriptions tab, and any changes you make will remain in place until you change it again! We’ll send you an email reminder before your subscription is processed so you don’t forget.


How long do I have to make changes to my order?

You can make changes right up to 24 hours before your subscription is sent out. We’ll send you an email reminder a few days before your subscription is processed so you don’t forget.


Can I add extra one off products to my subscription?
We know it seems silly, but unfortunately due to the way the system works, you can’t. If you want to order extra Blue Frog products you’ll have to place an additional order via our online store.


Do I have to get a weekly subscription?
No! Your wish is our command - you can choose how often you’d like your granola delivered. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly.


Can I pause my subscription?
Yes – just log in to your account and head to your manage subscription page and you are able to update when you receive your subscription deliveries here.


How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account and select “my subscription” – once you’re there, there’s a button to hit to cancel your subscription. If you want to just pause though, you can do that too!

Product

Where did all the sugar go!?
Our core belief is that what’s good for you, should taste good, and what tastes good should be good for you too. We’ve spent years figuring out how to create great tasting cereals that won’t give you a sugar crash. Our products are all sweetened naturally with either honey, or monk fruit, and our keto products are packed full of nuts and seeds instead of oats or cornflakes to keep the carbs low too.


How should I eat your granolas?
We recommend a sprinkle over your favourite yoghurt and fruit, or you can snack on a handful as an afternoon pick me up. We’ve also heard it’s a great topping for ice cream, and if you’re a classic bowl + milk kind of person then that works too!


Why is this more expensive than other granolas?
All of our granolas are made with the best ingredients we can find, and sometimes that means that they are a little more expensive than less sustainable or healthy alternatives. We do our best to keep the cost as affordable as we can for you, and have two ranges at two different price points to give you as many options as possible.


How long will your granolas stay fresh?
Unopened bags of Blue Frog have a shelf life of 15-months.


Is Blue Frog gluten free, vegan, and/or dairy free?
All of our products are dairy free, and most are vegan with the exception of any of our honey options.

Our premium range is all gluten and grain free.
