    Looking to beat the lockdown boredom? Try this epic Salty Caramel Cheesecake Slice recipe from @alittlepositivityeveryday using our Coco Munch cereal! 🤤 And don’t forget to tag us in your creations! 🥄

THE BASE:
~ 2 1/2 cups Blue Frog Coco Munch
~ 5 dates, soak to soften 
~ 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 
~ 1 tbsp maple syrup 

THE CARAMEL CHEESECAKE LAYER:
~ Half can whipping coconut cream @naturescharm (store in fridge overnight) 
~ 2 tbsp biscoff spread (can substitute with nut butter)
~ 1 tsp coconut oil 
~ 1/2 tsp sea salt

THE METHOD:
1. In a food processor, roughly blitz all the ingredients for the base (Avoid too fine to reserve crunchy texture)
2. Line baking paper in a loaf tin and press base mixture firmly to bind
3. Melt biscoff spread with coconut oil  in the microwave for 1 min and stir for a smooth texture
4. Whip your coconut cream as instructed and stir in your biscoff spread (allow biscoff spread cool down before stirring in your cream to prevent splitting)
5. Sprinkle sea salt in and spread the caramel layer on top of your base 
6. Set in the fridge for 2-4 hours before slicing
7. Serve up with some biscoff biscuit crumbs and sprinkle more sea salt 
8.  Makes 8 slices 😋
