    Gently roasted nuts and seeds (87% worth!), topped with a drizzle of maple syrup and just a hint of sea salt… yup, it’s good.

    @harriet_well making us hungry with her recipe for a high protein chia pudding topped with a sprinkling of our granola 🥄🥜 

Ingredients:

🌱 2 Tbsp chia seeds
🥣 2 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
🥛 1/4 cup almond milk

Toppings:

🫐 Frozen blueberries
🍌 Banana
🥣 Sprinkle of Blue Frog
🥜 Peanut butter

Method:

In a bowl mix together chia seeds, yoghurt and milk until combined. Let soak for 30mins or overnight. Top with granola, peanut butter, banana and frozen berries. 

Now that’s what we call worth waking up for!
