DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

New Zealand Deliveries

Throughout New Zealand, we use Poste Haste to get your Blue Frog Breakfast products to you safely and quickly. Depending on the time of day that you submit your order, we aim to have your order delivered to you within 1-2 working days. For South Island and rural deliveries, add an extra day to delivery times.

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by Blue Frog Breakfast at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer.

Shipping across New Zealand is a flat rate of $4 per package. Shipping is free in New Zealand on all orders over $50.

International Deliveries

For any enquiries regarding international deliveries outside New Zealand, please email sales@bluefrogbreakfast.co.nz with the items you would like and your shipping address, and we will respond with a personalised shipping estimate.

Returns

We guarantee the highest quality of all our products and strive to ensure our customers’ satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you will be entitled to a refund or return based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by Blue Frog Breakfast and the buyer is unsatisfied, Blue Frog Breakfast is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
